Main responsibilities: Diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and office equipment to ensure smooth operation of all systems; Management and support of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and software systems; Installation, configuration and optimization of system software (Google Workspace, Asana, etc.); Technical support and settings for conferences in meeting rooms; Administration of hosting for the site; Performance of other tasks related to support of the working technical environment. Requirements: Knowledge of architectural features the work of the hardware part of the computer: motherboard, video card, hard drive, RAM, etc.; the ability to programmatically and technically diagnose them, carry out a hardware upgrade; assembly and cleaning; Understanding and practical experience of working with the protocols of the OSI model; Experience in organizing a local network at the physical and logical levels — conducting the Internet, cables, installing patch panels, Internet sockets, racks; Experience in setting up network equipment such as Mikrotik, HP (routers, managed switches, WiFi access point); Experience in installation, configuration, technical support of HP Proliant servers; Experience in installation, configuration of virtual machines based on VMware ESXi + Veem Backup Replication; Experience in installation and configuration of server OS: Windows Server 2012-2019, working with Active Directory: adding users, configuring rights , group policies; Experience in installation, optimization, administration of Windows OS: 10, 11; Experience in installation, configuration of Synology NAS, Zyxel NAS network storage (organization of disk arrays, creation of users, folders, access rights); Experience in configuration of U-Prox access control system monitoring Experience in connecting and setting up monitors, printers, plotters, MFPs, projectors and other computer peripherals; Experience in setting up and setting up Autodesk architectural programs (Revit, Autocad, 3d Max, etc.) will be a plus; Experience in simultaneously servicing and setting up PCs in the amount of ± 90 will be a plus units.
