Work schedule: 8:30-18:00 Age restrictions: up to 30 years Tasks: - Support and administration of the company's information and telecommunication systems - Configuration, installation and support of server equipment - Monitoring of network security and protection against internal and external threats Responsibilities: Technical support of employees companies (mainly for Microsoft and Autodesk products); PC preparation for new employees (computer setup according to the prepared scheme), creating backups, restoring PCs from backups; Diagnostics and repair of computers/laptops (only by the method of complete replacement of faulty components) ;Creating accesses for remote access (creating user profiles for OpenVPN/IPsec in RouterOS, creating .rdp for the user), supporting remote users;Diagnosing network faults or checking new implementations, working with network equipment accompanied by a DevOps specialist (replacing network equipment, adding new Wi-Fi access points, local network scaling);; Working with Internet providers; Reporting and inventory management
