The primary responsibility will be smooth managing and maintaining our cloud infrastructures built on the AWS and Linode platforms for our two successful SaaS products — LiveAgent and Post Affiliate Pro.From managing EC2 instances toconfiguring auto-scaling and implementing robust security measures, your skills will ensure our infrastructure’s availability, reliability, performance, and security.Ifyou have acustomer-oriented focus and ananalytical and creative mindset, apply now!Responsibilities:Designing and implementing highly available, secure, cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements.Configuration, and management ofcloud services.Monitoring and ensuring high performance and availability ofsystems.Implementing security solutions and enforcing best practices for data protection.Collaborating with other departments onplanning and implementing new projects.Providing technical support and troubleshooting.Requirements:Experience with installation, configuration, and management ofcloud services.Experience with GNU/Linux administrationKnowledge ofsome tools and technologies like Kubernetes, Salt, Varnish, Argo, Elasticsearch, MariaDB, Asterisk, Reverse proxy (Nginx), Haproxy, GitHub, Grafana orsimilar.Knowledge ofInfrastructure asCode (IaC) tools such asTerraform isanadvantageAbility todiagnose and resolve issues related tosystem infrastructure.Experience inimplementing and managing security policies and rules inthe cloud.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Benefits:Opportunity for professional development and education.Chance towork oninteresting and innovative projects.Flexible work schedule and competitive financial compensation.How toApply: Ifyou are interested inthis position and meet the requirements listed above, please send your resume.
