Tasks to be solved: 1. Support and development of the company's IT infrastructure, network infrastructure and network protection tools, VMWare-based virtualization, Microsoft infrastructure services, including cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure), IT server protection and monitoring systems, and services based on Windows and Linux OS2. Support of users and workplaces of company employees3. Diagnosis and correction of infrastructure incidents and problems4. Responding to IB incidents5. Participation in the development/updation of operational documentation and policies. Expectations from the candidate: Understanding of the OSI model, network architecture and protocol basics at the Cisco CCNA/Check Point CCSA level. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems and utilities. Experience in supporting workstations and users. Experience in developing automated scenarios (scripts) based on PowerShell, Python. Implementation experience and system support in the corporate environment: network infrastructure (Routing & Switching, Wireless, NGFW) network services (DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, LDAP) directory services and Microsoft services (Active Directory, PKI, Exchange, File Service, Print Service, WSUS, RDS) user collaboration services (Microsoft 365: OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams) cloud infrastructures and services endpoint protection (Endpoint Security, EDR) and communication protection (Web Security Gateway, Mail Security Gateway, WAF) Will be an advantage: Professional certification: Cisco , Check Point, Microsoft. Experience in IT infrastructure administration in companies with more than 500 users.
