Syrve Technical Support Engineer in Smart Kafe

Smart Cafe is a Ukrainian IT company that automates the restaurant business. We are creating a modern POS system Syrve that helps HoReCa establishments to work quickly, stably and efficiently. If you like technology, logical tasks and stability, we are for you!

What will you do

• Accept customer requests in Telegram, CRM
• Deal with cash register equipment, PRO/PRRO, checkboxes, scanners, integrations, plugins and API
• Install back office, plugins, licenses
• Escalate complex requests to the 3rd line
• Work in a variable schedule (morning, day, evening shifts)

It is important to us

• Experience of working with Syrve from 6 months (required)
• Understanding the operation of POS systems, HoReCa or technical support
• Competent communication in Ukrainian
• Technical thinking, attentiveness, ability to work in several chats at the same time
• Willingness to learn and grow

How is adaptation

You can go through adaptation and certifications much faster if you have experience at Syrve:

• Study at a corporate university (up to 1 month, but for experienced specialists - an accelerated program)
• Quick passing of internal certifications
• Work under the supervision of a team leader
• Transition to your shift without the "trainee" stage

Levels and salary

We consider candidates with experience, so there is an opportunity to immediately go to the level of specialist, and not trainee.

• Specialist / leading specialist: 30,000-35,000 UAH + bonuses
• After certifications - increase in remuneration
• Transparent growth criteria and regular bonuses
