Tasks

· Work on architectural concepts, quick studies, design analysis for the product.

· Prepare feature scope according to defined product roadmap and work on PoCs.

· Initiate review and technical discussions to chose concept / align scope within architectural forum.

· Take part in daily/weekly Architectural Alignment meetings.

· Balance architectural tasks with work in Cross Functional Development Team and perform development work:

o Write solid and stable software that integrate with interfaces of other applications in the Ericsson product ecosystem. Python Language.

o Ensure the SW code is consistent with the product scope and vision.

o Test Automation using PyTest framework

o Drive the user story implementation to the resolution, by writing excellent markdown documentation and automated tests.

o Challenge Architects and Designers during solution design.

o Support the CICD Teams to identify and resolve operational issues and unblock the code merge and SW intergation

· Wear the Security Engineer hat, under all circumstances.

· Collaborate with other engineers, tech leads and business stakeholders on implementing new product features and improvements of existing functionality with a customer centric mindset.

· Participate to the CI and Test Community and improve in the entire product development life cycle.

Key Skills

• Out of the box thinking and architectural mindset

• Good skill of SW Development development in Python programming language

• Everyday working experience with Linux.

• Experience in Docker

• Familiar with CICD, GIT, Jenkins

• Familiarity with Agile Development, JIRA and Confluence API

• Collaboration Mindset

• Ready and open to be challenged, and challenge other solutions, at all times.

• Experience in positions where Software Development was part of your daily routine.

• Good understanding of data structures, object oriented programming, testing methodologies and design patterns

• Familiar with writing documentation and presenting your solution to other technical people

• Analytical skills to break down problems, decompose complexity and implement small incremental solutions.

• Sound knowledge of REST API
