Сustomer support representative (CSR) in Lead creators SP Z.O.O.

Responsibilities:
Customer Communication: 

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat using a hot database of contacts provided. 
• Provide advice and support on company products and services. 
• Maintain high standards of service by demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.

Informing customers about company services:

< li>Explain to customers the conditions for using the company's products and services.
• Answer all customer questions regarding our offers and provide assistance in decision-making.

Support work with existing customer base:

• Support customers by informing them of new opportunities and products based on the database provided.
• Provide a high level of service to every customer dealt with.

Conducting presentations of products and services:

• Conducting online presentations for customers who are interested in our products.
• Demonstrate the value and advantages of our solutions in the most accessible way form.

Implementation of sales plans and achievement of established KPIs:  

• Actively work on the implementation of target indicators and sales plans.

• Develop personal skills in order to achieve high results.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, consulting customers or marketing will be a significant plus.
• Skill to negotiate and communicate with clients at different levels.
• Strong orientation to results and desire for professional development.

• Rate for the first internship month 20,000 hryvnias, then there is a gradation of your rate per month from 25,000 hryvnias to 37,000 hryvnias, the gradation of the rate depends on the fulfillment of KPIs.
