We are looking for a
Сustomer Support Agent to join our team!
Requirements: - Minimum 1 years experience as a support agent in an international company (preferably in the FinTech industry: e-wallet, payment system/aggregator);
- English- B2 and higher;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Computer literacy (Google Docs, Excel);
- PC or laptop and stable internet connection;
- Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
- Be a fast learning, system person. Ability to find needed information in a short period of time.
Would be a plus:
- Experience with payment systems;
- Experience with financial fraud activity;
- Desire to help people, solve problems and ability to find an individual approach;
- Experience with ticket systems
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for ensuring excellent customer experience by online chat, mail;
- Day and night shifts (2 per weeks;
- Troubleshooting customer issues;
- Collecting and processing customers feedback;
- Close cooperation with other teams;
- Delivering product features and updates to customers.
