We’re looking for an ambitious Customer Success Manager who will help our customers using Somplo Creative Management Platform. Our ideal candidate has good organizational and communicative skills, cares about clients, has a long-term vision, and believes that giving the best support to customers is the key to success.
Requirements:
— B2 English
— 1+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or a similar role
— Experience working with B2B international clients
— Team player
— Excellent communication skills
— Highly organized and able to multi-task
— Proactivity
Responsibilities: — Establish and maintain customer relationships
— Onboard new clients
— Work in Somplo platform to create campaigns
— Upsell accounts to achieve business objectives and targets
— Provide high-level product support
— Promote the value of the product through customer experience
— Collaborate with other teams to reach customer’s goals
— Prepare financial clients monthly reports on Somplo platform usage
