If you are enthusiastic about making a meaningful impact in healthcare, we encourage you to apply now.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with practice staff to obtain CPT and ICD-10 Diagnosis codes and other necessary clinical information for patient treatment.Coordinate with facilities to schedule procedures, ensuring optimal O.R. time allocation and arranging anesthesia coverage as needed.Verify physician credentials at the designated facility before scheduling patient procedures.Efficiently manage provider schedules, including coordinating time-outs, travel arrangements, meetings, and continuing medical education activities.Adhere to HCA Code of Conduct, related Ethics and Compliance policies, and HIPAA requirements.QualificationsHigh school diploma preferred.Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office setting (e.g., ambulatory surgery center, hospital, doctor's office) preferred.BLS certification may be required as per practice standards.Join our exceptional team and contribute to our mission of delivering outstanding patient care.
