Your tasks:

  • Organization of the effective work of the technical support team: formation of team work schedules, distribution of tasks, optimization of the technical support process.
  • Quality control of technical support processes: ensuring timely response to customer requests, compliance control of service standards.
  • Maintaining communication with the customer: identifying the customer's needs and ensuring the implementation of his requests.
  • Ensuring effective interaction of the technical support team with the development team: bringing the customer's request to the development team and monitoring its solution. 
  • Maintaining official correspondence with government institutions.

Our expectations from the candidate:

 

  • Experience in the IT field from 6 years, experience in a similar position from 2 years;
  • Understanding of basic protocols, network technologies and principles operation of software monitoring systems;
  • Experience in conducting negotiations, holding meetings with customers;
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, proactive approach to solving customer problems;
  • Independence at work, initiative, the ability to prioritize tasks and plan your time.

 

It will be an advantage:

 

  • Experience as a system administrator.
