We're looking for a motivated and adaptable Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role is all about attention to detail, excellent communication skills and going above and beyond to help our clients. It's all about putting the customer first, so we're looking for someone who can make sure every interaction is positive and every issue is resolved successfully.

 

Requirements:

  • Advanced/Fluent level of English.  
  • Highly motivated and proactive.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
  • Paying attention to detail and solving problems.
  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • A basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Ideally, you'll have some experience in a customer support role, but it's not essential.
  • You’ll need to be available to work various shifts (8am- 5pm, 5pm- 2am night), including weekends and holidays, if needed.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Jira systems (nice to have)

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level technical and operational support to customers via phone, email and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher level support agents as required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Work with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay abreast of product knowledge, industry trends and customer support best practices.
