We're looking for a motivated and adaptable Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role is all about attention to detail, excellent communication skills and going above and beyond to help our clients. It's all about putting the customer first, so we're looking for someone who can make sure every interaction is positive and every issue is resolved successfully.
Requirements:
- Advanced/Fluent level of English.
- Highly motivated and proactive.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Paying attention to detail and solving problems.
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- A basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
- Ideally, you'll have some experience in a customer support role, but it's not essential.
- You’ll need to be available to work various shifts (8am- 5pm, 5pm- 2am night), including weekends and holidays, if needed.
- Experience with Zendesk and Jira systems (nice to have)
