Support Specialist (reviews/social media) remotely SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international IT companies with the rules of the venture capital world. Together with experienced co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets. Currently, we are looking for a responsible creative specialist to interact with users of other portfolio businesses. What tasks await you: — Respond to feedback left by users, orienting scripts; — Cooperate with the support team to solve individual cases; —Respond to user comments and messages on the profiles of various social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Medium, Tik Tok); —Use various sales techniques (upsells) to attract users to the platform and increase their performance; —Practice crowd-marketing (proactive search for relevant pages and discussions on the Internet, involvement in pre-conversations and building interaction with the target audience); —Control metrics and reporting. Pre-candidate requirements: — Fluency in written English at the Upper-Intermediate/ Advanced level; —Strong skills of lively, polite, meaningful and creative communication; —Experience using systems such as Zendesk; —Experience of working with social networks or copywriting will be a plus. Working conditions: — Schedule 5/2; remote format; day shifts; fixed time changes; — Teamwork with the possibility of functional growth; — Fixed salary.
