We are looking for a Support Specialist to provide quality support to users of the application in the Health and Fitness niche. Your tasks will be: conducting live communication with users in chats; helping them with a training and nutrition plan; conducting chat analysis; involvement in the formation of the knowledge base. You will be a mentor for users in achieving their goal and just a friend to whom you can turn for help at any time. We expect from you: experience working with customers (in the position of Support Manager/ Account Manager or similar); English Upper Intermediate+; the ability to respond quickly and solve customer requests.
