Support specialist for affected families (remote) in Charity Foundation Children of Heroes

Charitable fund that provides long-term assistance to children who lost one or both parents as a result of the Russian war in Ukraine.

The mission of the "Children of Heroes" charity fund is to pay tribute to Ukrainians who lost their lives due to Russian aggression. , we strive to give their children the opportunity to grow and develop. Our task is to create a favorable environment for them, where they can overcome difficulties, change their lives for the better and build a bright future for themselves and for Ukraine. 

Duties:

• regular communication with affected families
• gathering the needs of families for the necessary help
• realization of needs with the tools of the Fund
• initiating and conducting new family support programs
• providing emotional support for children and their families
• building a development plan for children together with guardians
• identifying and finding ways to solve critical requests of families
• reporting in the CRM system

Requirements:

• proactive approach in solving critical situations in wards families
• desire to help children and be an example for them
• work experience of 3 years or more, related to experience of working with people and searching for information
• proficiency in English at a level no lower than pre-intermediate
• experience in solving difficult situations/problems in professional activity
• strategic thinking
• ability to take responsibility
• openness to changes and new
• Excel and Word skills at a high level
