We have a team of 38 professionals who are building the future of the publishing world of the 21st century. We have gone through the process of finding units of the economy, continue to actively grow and scale all operational processes. Now we are looking for a Support Specialist who will strengthen the strategic direction - Operations - work with the support of writers and readers of the AlphaNovel ecosystem. What challenges await:— Provide customer support for both authors and and readers;— Rapidly support different support queues based on volume and traffic levels;— Create and edit help center articles to empower users to self-solve issues;— Ensure that 90% of our users receive a response from support within 24 hours or less ;— Assist in monitoring public feedback of AlphaNovel applications and provide customized responses. What we offer:— Fixed work schedule: 5/2;— Availability of exclusively day shifts (we do not have night shifts in the role);— Opportunity to grow in a promising product and a strong team .What is important for us:— English level B2 / C1;— 6 months + experience as Customer Support;— Systematic work and attention to details;— Experience with Spreadsheets;— Ability to communicate quickly and solve custom requests;— Proactivity and speed in education. It will be a plus: - Experience with Zendesk; - Experience with GoogleDocs, Tableau. We are looking for a person who is both "about the process" and "about the result".
