The service allows you to create a budget, track your expenses, improve your financial literacy and pay off your debts. What the specialist will do: building effective communication with users (emails, reviews, etc.); determining the essence of their problems and helping them find solutions; building effective communication with partners to solve user problems; building effective communication with the team for solving user problems; sorting user requests and reporting them to the team (be the voice of the customers); filling and updating the Help Center / FAQ / Blog; collecting and analyzing user requests and feedback. For this position, it is important: command of the English language -upper- intermediate/advanced; the ability to identify and close the need of a specific user; analytical abilities.
