Icon Finance is a crypto exchange platform with additional services for purchasing

goods and services, as well as facilitating global fund transfers to regions

including Europe, Asia, the CIS, Africa, Latin America, and the USA.

We are seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist to join our team.

Tasks:

• Provide top-notch customer service and support to our clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain systematic records of customer interactions and transactions using AMO/KOMMO CRM systems.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve service quality and operational processes.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with AMO/KOMMO CRM or similar customer relationship management software.
