Support Specialist in Wargaming Group Limited

Job Overview

The Wargaming HR Technology Team is looking for a Support Specialist to join us for a fixed-term contract (1 year).

HR Technology portfolio includes a range of systems for HR process automation, implemented globally (Europe, APAC, and the U.S.). As a part of the Support pillar, you will play a crucial role in providing 1st and 2nd level support to company employees. This includes offering online consultation on system functionality, escalating user requests to responsible teams, and contributing to new projects and solutions designed for Global HR needs.

What will you do?

• Provide our customers with online support (via Teams, email, JIRA).
• Offer consultation, resolve issues, or escalate them to the responsible team within a defined timeframe and according to SLA.
• Analyze customer needs and suggest workflows to address them.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with teammates.

What are we looking for?

• Fluent English (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Experience in a similar position: HelpDesk, Call Center, or Client Support.
• Proficiency with computers is required, along with a willingness to learn our systems (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Prior experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Software support experience.
• Good understanding of HR processes and/or familiarity with HR systems.
