Currently, our application needs a person in the support team who likes to communicate and help users get a positive experience from working with the application.
Our team is looking for a person who has:- Ability to work in multitasking mode
- Good communication skills and ability to effectively interact with the client
- Ability to quickly respond to requests and find the necessary information
- Ability to work in a team
- Confident skills in working with a computer and office programs (Google Workspace)
- Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian
- Higher education (Bachelor, Master)
What will you be to do:- Solve technical problems, answer questions and take care of Mria users
- Process requests qualitatively and quickly
Your work in the Mria team:- Full time
- The first two months - work in the office (there is a shelter), after that - a hybrid schedule
- Work on something really important for Ukraine as a project
- Dream Team in the literal sense of the word
