Support Specialist 1 and 2 Level (with German Language)

On behalf of our new Client, Scalors is looking for a Support Specialist to join a client team for full-remote job on a full-time basis.

The clients company is the partner for subscription commerce solutions, digital transformation and the outsourcing of marketing, sales, IT processes and payment transactions.The company is an owner-managed investment company. Client’s core business is investing in companies as an entrepreneur.
As an innovative hub, client bundles the expertise of several relevant disciplines and within various industries along the value chain. The company is the absolute pioneer in subscription commerce and has been managing B2C customers in subscription models in its own holdings for decades.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our customers in the implementation of system processes.
  • Independent solution of level 1 and 2 problems.
  • Maintaining statistics as a basis for carrying out billing for our customers.
  • Creation and execution of SQL queries.
  • Carrying out data imports and exports.
  • Creating invoices via batch processing.
  • Data analysis.

Requirements:

  • A solid understanding of common IT architectures and systems.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Good affinity for numbers.
  • Service mentality.
  • Quality awareness.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Very good knowledge of German.
