Support service specialist with knowledge of English (night shifts) in Partum Plus

Logistics company looking for a Support Specialist (US market). The work involves a lot of communication, mostly in English. 

The company works 24/7, so we have several shifts and currently have an opening for a night shift.

• Ensuring a high level of customer service
• Coordinating cargo delivery
• Quick resolution of unforeseen situations during transportation
• Communicating with drivers and customers (mainly in English)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the English language at the level of Upper-intermediate
• Good communication skills
• Organized and high level responsibility
• Ability to learn quickly, and we will take care of mentor support and access to training programs
• Previous experience in customer support will be a significant advantage

Work schedule:

• from 22:00 to 8:00 from Tuesday to Friday (Saturday-Monday weekend) - work in the office is done.
