Forter  (forter.com.ua) is a Ukrainian company that provides a full cycle of services in the field of technical security: equipment import, design, installation, service and optimization of systems of any complexity. Our areas: video surveillance, security and fire alarms, access control, intercom and other security systems.
 
We are looking for a remote technical support specialist - a person who understands equipment and knows how to explain complex things in simple words.

Main duties:

• Providing technical advice to customers by phone and in messengers
• Processing customer inquiries and requests
• Preparation and writing of instructions, reviews and recommendations for users
• Interaction with the sales department, warehouse and accounting department to coordinate processes

Requirements:

• Technical education (electronics, automation, radio engineering)
• Knowledge of SVN, SKUD, OPS (Hikvision, Dahua, Ajax, Tiras - preferred)
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• High self-organization in remote work
• Clear diction and the ability to explain complex things in simple language over the phone
