Support service specialist (Datahub) join the Ukrenergo team of professionals!

Main tasks:

• clients.

• Testing the operation of business processes to analyze the causes of incidents and their classification.

• Working with REST API protocols (Postman) to check the correctness of interaction and further analytics.

• Keeping statistics of requests: load, subject, repetition.

• Preparation of proposals for improving PC functionality "Datahub" and related systems.

• Preparation of additional reference and instructional materials.

• Supporting the implementation of new functionality for certain groups of users.

Our expectations:

• Full higher education in the majors: 141 "Electric power, electrical engineering and electromechanics", 122 "Computer science", 123 "Computer engineering" or related.

• Understanding the operation of energy markets and commercial accounting (KKO, PRREE, KSR, KSP).

• Knowledge of the principles of operation of multi-level data storage and processing systems.

• Understanding the principles of network interaction of systems: REST, UUID.

• Ability to quickly master instructional materials, user manuals, process documents.

• A confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive).

• Experience with application accounting systems (for example, OTRS) will be an advantage.

• Intermediate (B1) English is desirable (for familiarization with ENTSO-E materials, in particular the Manual of Procedures).
