Responsibilities:
Processing incoming customer requests in chats and by phone;
Providing advice on company services;
Registering requests in the CRM system;
Resolving typical requests, transferring complex issues to responsible specialists;
Maintaining a high level service and a positive image of the company.
Requirements:
Competent written and spoken Ukrainian;
Confident use of a PC (chat platforms, CRM systems, office programs);
Politeness, attention to detail, stress resistance;
Experience in the field of support customers will be an advantage, but not mandatory;
Desire to develop in the field of logistics.
