Support service specialist, chat operator (Customer support) in UI Consalt

We are currently at the scaling stage, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" who will advise and communicate with experienced users using live chats. Our ideal candidate: has positive experience in communicating with clients (face-to-face or in a telephone format, in chats); or no previous experience in communicating with clients , but able to quickly learn and perceive information; has competent written Ukrainian, with a typing speed of 180 characters/minute or more. What you need to do: promptly respond to all customer requests and appeals using the "chat" mode; anticipate the client's negativity and neutralize it at the moment of its appearance; participate in the improvement of customer service and processes within the team and the company.
