Support service specialist, chat operator (Customer support) in MDays

We are currently in the scaling phase, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" who will advise and communicate with our users in live chat mode. Our ideal candidate: has a positive experience of communicating with customers (face-to-face or in a telephone format, in chats );or does not have previous experience of communicating with clients, but able to quickly learn and perceive information; has competent written Ukrainian, with a typing speed of 180 characters/minute or more. ;anticipate the client's negativity, and neutralize it even before it appears;participate in the improvement of client service and processes within the team and the company.
