Main duties:
Processing incoming customer requests in chat, messengers and e-mail.
Consulting customers regarding the company's services and solutions.
Data entry and updating information in the CRM system.
Resolving standard inquiries and transferring complex issues to specialized specialists.
Providing customers with polite and clear answers in written form.
Preparation of a short daily report on the work performed.
Requirements for the candidate:
Attention, responsibility, benevolence.
Proficient written communication (Ukrainian or Russian).
A confident PC user (Word, Excel, CRM or similar systems).
Ability to type quickly and work with a large amount of information.
Willingness to learn and develop in the field of customer service.
Work only in the office, without remote format.
Working conditions:
Working schedule:from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., 5/2.
