Support service specialist, chat operator (Customer support) in Andruschenko A. D., FLP

We are currently at the scaling stage, so we are looking for a "Chat Operator" who will consult and communicate with our users in live chat mode. Our ideal candidate: has positive experience in communicating with customers (face-to-face or in a telephone format, chats); or does not have previous experience in communicating with clients, but is able to learn quickly, perceive information; has competent written Ukrainian, with a typing speed of 180 characters/minute or more. What you need to do: promptly respond to all requests and appeals of clients in the "chat" mode; anticipate negativity the client, and neutralize it even before it appears; participate in the improvement of client service and processes within the team and the company.
