Support service specialist (chat, email) in City Staff

Now our client is a contact center that works on the system SaaS B2C. They are expanding their department, and are looking for a specialist in the Support department for the position of Support Service Specialist.

We need you if:

• You are a confident/confident PC user;
• You have experience working in MS Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets (or in task managers, CRM systems);
• Your the level of English is average (enough to chat with company employees)
• Work experience is not required, we teach how to work with our CRM system.

Responsibilities will include supporting the company's managers in chat mode, responding to inquiries, and working in the CRM system.
