Support service operator with knowledge of the Bulgarian language in EvoPlay

Who are we looking for?

• A person, who is fluent in Bulgarian (from level B2);
• Attentive to details;
• Ready for long work at the computer;
• With good stress resistance - you don't get lost when several requests arrive at the same time;

What will you do?

• Communicate with users via chat,email and calls;
• Provide clear answers to technical and financial questions;
• Help customers better understand our products, promotions and suggestions;
• Transfer more complex requests to the appropriate departments;
• Notify the team about problems or errors found.

Work schedule:

5/2 (Monday - Friday) 10:00 7:00 p.m." 400">2/2:2 working days (day shift 7:00 - 19:00), 2 working days (night shift 19:00 - 7:00), 2 days off.
