Support operator (Polish language) in EvoPlay

Requirements: High level of Polish oral and written literacy; PC knowledge at the level of a confident user; Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn; Communicability; Perseverance; High level of self-organization; Experience in related fields will be an advantage. Duties: Interaction with by users: provision of qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial part of products, mainly by telephone; familiarization of users with the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers; interaction with other departments of the company: forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback communication for the purpose of further informing users; informing about identified problems or errors on supported resources.
