You: have higher technical education (preferably IT or telecommunications); you have experience working in call centers. Experience with OS Linux and in-depth knowledge of Windows XP/7/8/10 is welcome. Your responsibilities: 24/7 network monitoring; processing and registering problem requests; tracking problems and incidents; correspondence and telephone communication on technical topics in English ; the ability to self-educate. It is very good if you have knowledge of basic telecommunication protocols and network technologies: Ethernet, Vlan, QnQ, switching, ATM, types of VC; TCP / IP protocol stack, MPLS, routing, VPN; auxiliary protocols: SNMP, DHCP, ICMP, Telnet, SSH; parameters of physical lines and methods of "last mile" organization: optical communication lines, PON; xDSL modems: types, main parameters; radio: CDMA, WiFi. optical fiber networks: PDH, SDH, WDM. You know how to: find an individual approach to everyone; be a team player; make decisions independently; work in a team; express your thoughts clearly and logically; love your work and get pleasure from what you do.
