Support service operator (chat) - remotely in Paris-Merezhi

We are currently looking for a person who will help make communication with customers even faster, easier and more comfortable.

What needs to be done

You will answer requests in the chat: advise customers, clarify product availability, terms and conditions of delivery, help with the selection of equipment.
Important: no calls - only written communication.

• completely remote;

• you can choose a convenient schedule - suitable for both full and part-time employment.
