Support service operator (chat) - remote format in V.T.O.

We are a V.T.O. company specializing in the construction of roads and highways. We are currently looking for a Support Service Operator who will be responsible for quality communication with customers in the chat.

Salary: from 28,000 to 40,000 UAH (depending on the selected schedule).
Possible work schedules: 5/2, 4/2 or 3/2 - choose the most convenient option for you.

Your tasks:

• Ensure pleasant and professional communication with customers in the chat.

• Provide assistance and answers to questions related to our projects.

• Maintain a friendly tone in messages under the direction of the team.

• Work as part of an online team responsible for service quality.
