Support service operator (chat) in Cosmolot

Requirements:

• High typing speed (over 150 characters per minute);

• Competent command of the Ukrainian language (both written and spoken); knowledge of the English language will be an advantage;

• Ability to quickly learn new information;

• Interest in communication and solving non-standard situations; text-decoration: none">Working experience in a team;

none">Successful experience as a customer support operator;

• High level of responsibility, logical thinking, initiative;

Responsibilities:

• Conducting high-quality dialogues in the chat with compliance with the Quality indicator;

• Processing customer inquiries via e-mail;

• Execution of established KPIs;

• Filling in all necessary fields in the site's administrative panel;

• Passing weekly and monthly tests on knowledge of the product and other aspects of work;

• Attending trainings;

• Conducting customer surveys (as needed);

• Work on eliminating errors related to Quality indicators;

• Monitoring workgroups and chats for familiarization with current information about CS;

• Providing reporting:

  • Situational reporting as needed or at the request of the manager;

  • Completing the documentation of the 1SL department;

• Testing and verification of site functionality with subsequent transfer of information to relevant departments

Would be a plus:

Knowledge of the English language at level B1 and above.
