This specialist works in the User Support Department of the company's contact center and is responsible for remote interaction with users. Responsibilities: Interaction with users: Providing qualified consulting assistance on the technical and financial side of products using various communication channels (chat, calls); Familiarization users with the company's products, their characteristics, current promotions and offers. Interaction with other departments of the company: Forwarding requests to solve technical and financial difficulties of users, receiving feedback for the purpose of further informing users; Informing about identified problems or errors on resources that are supported. Requirements: High level of spoken and written Ukrainian language; Ability to work with large amounts of information and willingness to learn; Communicability; High level of self-organization. Work schedule: Shift - 2/2. 2 working days (day shift 7:00 - 19:00), 2 weekends, 2 working days (night shift 19:00 - 7:00), 2 weekends.
