We are looking for a Help Desk Operator who will join our Customer Support Department in the company's Contact Center. Your main task is to ensure a flawless interaction with our users.
What you will do:
- Advise users on technical and financial issues of our products through various communication channels (chat, calls).
- Inform customers of our products, their characteristics and current promotions .
- Interact with other departments to communicate requests, resolve technical issues and provide feedback to customers.
- Report on detected problems or errors on company resources.

- High level of command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written).
- Willingness to learn and work with large amounts of information.
- Communication and self-organization are your strengths.
