What will you do:

• Process incoming requests (letters and telephone calls: 45-70 per day) from sellers who are connected to the logistics service in their field of work.
• Monitor the fulfillment of the requirements of the contract for the provision of services.
• Inform the sellers about the violation of the requirements of the contract for the provision of services or their representatives.
• Monitor, control and solve problems related to related to the delivery of shipments as part of the logistics service according to his line of work.
• Communicate with adjacent departments.

What is needed for this:

• knowledge of document management principles ;
• high level of knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• readiness for full-time work;
• punctuality, accuracy, discipline;
• attention to details ;
• experience in a similar position (will be an advantage);
• knowledge of XML / YML files, Excel will be a huge plus.
