VKURSI API service allows our clients can get analyzed and structured data from more than 200 state registers in seconds and integrate this data with their own ERP/CRM systems, mobile applications and WEB sites. 

In simple words, the VKURSI API service is very similar to the "Action" application, which allows citizens of Ukraine to obtain data from various state registers (certificates, extracts or digital documents online), and we provide such technologies and data to our business clients (B2B).   


We are proud to that the VKURSI API product has become a driver of digital transformation for hundreds of our clients, including leading Ukrainian and international enterprises of various industries, such as: DTEK, Naftogaz, FORA, METRO, Kyivstar, MHP, PUMB Bank, Credit Agricole Bank, Ukrsibbank, Kredobank, Taskombank , Pravex Bank, Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals and many others. 

And how our services are relevant for all areas - we are looking for Customer Success Manager,who will provide expert help in the launch and VKURSI API service support.    


So, your tasks will be:

  • onboard new and existing customers (process incoming requests for a consultation or test drive, which users leave through the online form), consult them via e-mail, chat, phone , video call

  • analyze the client's business task, taking into account the needs of a specific client or its industry, to conduct presentations (in online format) to help understand all the capabilities of the product

  • organize full access to VKURSI for test- drive opportunities on real business tasks of the user

  • help with the selection of the optimal tariff plan and decision, prepare documentation, send CP

  • expand cooperation with existing clients, present new functionality

  • communicate with customers about renewing their subscription for the next year 

  • research, compile and communicate information related to new opportunities


< span style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: underline">What is important to us:

  • 2 years of experience in customer support or as a customer service manager;

  • experience in B2B sales and effective negotiations at the top management level;

  • experience in communication with government, financial institutions; be able to listen to the client and understand his needs

  • have well-developed presentation and persuasion skills, be able to maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients


Would be a plus, but not required:

  • work experience in financial companies/banking;

  • understanding legal and technical nuances of state registers; 

  • legal or financial education.  


What we are ready to offer:

  • ZP consisting of a fixed rate of 30,000 - UAH 40,000, + % of subscriptions + CRI team bonuses (average monthly compensation). In total, in the 1st year of work - this is 45,000 - 60,000 UAH / month, in the 2nd year of cooperation - 60,000 - 80,000 UAH / month

  • The possibility of professional development expert (project work with banks, financial institutions and large businesses), with a salary of UAH 60,000 - 100,000/month

  • Career development to the head of a separate product direction. Because we prefer the growth of managers from within the company

  • You will receive compensation for external courses to apply the acquired knowledge in the work of our product and company

  • corporate laptop and a hybrid schedule: work in the office at the address B. Khmelnitsygo 23 and remotely
