Basic requirements:

  • ideally a technical degree, but not critical, if not direction;
  • work experience in technical support and/or IT from 1 year will be a plus, but not mandatory; we are ready to train if the candidate is ready to develop and work;
  • skills of communication with customers, the ability to listen, understand the customer, convey the necessary information and be customer-oriented;
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL (will be a significant plus, but not critical; we are ready to train);
  • attentiveness, courtesy, persistence, ability to work for results, ability to work in the team;
  • knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Google sheets - mandatory; bug tracking systems (Jira, Redmine, etc.) - not critical, ready to train;

Responsibilities:

  • quick processing of customer requests;
  • coordinating and monitoring deadlines applications from customers;
  • verification of identified defects and formation of tasks for their finalization by our QA-Team;
  • transfer of appeals regarding the development of the platform's functionality to the Customer Success Team;
  • consulting customers on the use of LMS Collaborator and its functionality;
  • conducting presentations and training customers on the use of LMS Collaborator functions.

  • decent salary: UAH 15,000 for the first trial month (in this month you will only learn and master the platform), after passing the trial period - from 20,000 to 30,000UAH "on hand"(rate 15,000+% of KPI fulfillment);
  • first month work format in the office, nfurther hybrid (in the office and remote: 3 days in the office, 2 days - remote);
  • 8-hour work schedule from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Mon. to Fri., one hour lunch; Sat, Sun - weekends;
  • paid vacation - 24 working days, paid sick days;
