Support service manager in INFOKUS, TOV

Hello! We are infocus, a Ukrainian group of companies operating in 16 markets in Europe and Asia. We help businesses grow in the areas of customer service, marketing and IT, and we also create our own products. We are looking for a Communications Guru to join the Visa premium customer service team. Maybe this is you?

Concierge Service is a team of personal assistants who help customers 24/7: from finding flowers to organizing an evacuation from Bali (yes, it happens!).

You are our candidate if:

• you don't say "to lie down" and "on the fly" (well, unless it's very rare);
• you can quickly find and check information;
• competent business communication;
• you have English at level A2 and above;
• you can workautonomous during blackouts: you have a stable Internet (fiber optic or alternative connection) and a backup power source - a charging station / generator or something;
• you have a laptop for work (Windows 10 and above or macOS).

Your responsibilities:

• processing various of customer requests: from finding flowers to looking for an animal following tracks in the forest (this also happens) through chats, calls and mail;
• work as a personal assistant: from booking tables in restaurants to organizing tours with giraffes;
• work in the CRM system: creating and updating customer profiles so that each subsequent interaction even better;
• selection of the best contractors (for example, to order rare flowers or to say happy birthday on board the plane).

It will be wow if you:

• already worked with CRM systems (we really like organization!);
• have experience working with VIP clients (the ability to predict desires is about you);
• you understand the basics of customer psychology (because sometimes silence says more than words).

What we offer:

• schedule 2/2 with shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Ukrainian time (+ from 4 to 6 mandatory night shifts per month, which are paid above);
• salary from UAH 19,200 for 15 working days (hourly pay + KPI);
• internship — variable salary: UAH 15,000/month;
• possibility of taking additional shifts (paid separately);
• regular review of salary according to level: junior, middle, senior;
