Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Support Engineer. Your responsibilities will include internal user support and working within the IT team. You will mostly be responsible for the first line of support, but in particular will take on more complex system administration tasks depending on your skills and capabilities.
Tasks
- Registering, prioritizing and documenting incoming support requests, and delegating them to appropriate teams (as needed).
- Providing customer support both in the office and remotely.
< li>Installing and configuring software on customer equipment.- Perform regular software and hardware maintenance.
- Work closely with the IT team to resolve any IT issues.< /li>
- Performing regular access management tasks (resetting passwords, activating/deactivating users, etc.).
- Performing some system administration tasks.
- Assisting customers with troubleshooting and creating user manuals.
What is required for this position
- High level of knowledge of Windows, MacOS and Unix operating systems.
- Understanding of MS Active Directory and computer networks.
- Desire to grow professionally in IT.
- Customer orientation.
- Accuracy, punctuality and discipline.
Will be a plus
- Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Python).
- At least one year of experience in a similar position.
