What you will do:

• Provide premium customer support via chat, phone and email;
< li>Search and analyze information in open sources according to customer requests;
• Apply best practices of interaction with customers and build warm long-term relationships with them;
• Work with confidential customer information, following the principles security;
• Develop in a young team of specialists in logistics, aviation, tourism, banking, hospitality from all over the world;
