Responsibilities
- Consulting users in chat, email and messengers.
- Help with registration, configuration and use of the service.
- Fixing requests in the ticket system / CRM.
- Transferring technical requests to the relevant departments.
- Controlling the quality of communication and speed of answers.

- Competent written communication.
- A confident user of a PC and online services.
- Attention, responsibility, multitasking.
