Areas of responsibility:

• Checking customer data in accordance with the rules and conditions of the site/project.

• Checking letters, chats, and calls (if necessary) of agents. 

• Formation of weekly statistics by metrics.

• Finding quality patterns.

• Working out weak points.

• Help in writing educational articles.

• Meetings with agents to work out errors.
  
  

Our ideal candidate has:

• From 1 year of experience in a similar position, or from 3 years of experience in the position of Customer Support in iGaming or related niches.

• Proficiency in English at the B2-C1 level.

• High level of responsibility.

• Experience in creating educational articles.
