Support QA Engineer in Ajax Systems

Ajax Systems is a full-cycle Ukrainian company that works from idea generation and R&D to mass production and sales.

We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system consists of numerous various sensors and hubs), we develop firmware, server part for them and release mobile applications.

This is an opportunity to be part of a team working to integrate streaming video into the Ajax ecosystem. You will work with mobile applications that interact with both the backend and physical devices.

This job requires you to be able to explore complex issues.

Tasks:

— together with the team, make a quality product and maintain it;

— create and maintain quality test documentation;

p> — Help with troubleshooting and root cause analysis;

— Collaborate with team members to achieve best results (developers, BA, QA of other teams).

Necessary knowledge and skills:

— Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies;

— Understanding of client-server architecture;

- understanding of OSI model;

- understanding of version control system (git) and its principles;

- knowledge of UNIX/Linux OS;

- strong technical mindset and analytical thinking; - high attention to details; - creative approach to testing; - initiative.

Will be a plus:

- Experience with video testing;

- Experience with embedded projects;

- basic knowledge of radio electronics.
