What you will do:

• Handle incoming calls from customers from the US, providing them with quality support. high level of service.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and service quality.

What we value in a candidate:

• Fluency in Spanish and English for confident communication with customers.
• Experience in a similar position of 1 year or more will be an advantage.
• Education — uncompleted higher or higher.
• Experience with CRM or CPMS
• Responsibility, attention to detail and friendliness in communication.
• Willingness to work full-time in an office with a working schedule of 16:00 - 24:00 and learn new things.
