Your key tasks:
- Search for candidates on various standard and non-standard resources in accordance with changes in the labor market;
- Formation of personnel reserve;
- Control of compliance with corporate standards, regulations for finding employees;
- Conducting telephone interviews, personal and group interviews, selecting the most relevant candidates for open positions, managing the personnel reserve;
- Providing detailed feedback to candidates and customers;
- Registration of candidates in a modern automated system;
- Controlling the registration process of new employees;
- Labor market monitoring and analysis;
- Development of recruiting: optimization of processes, introduction of new tools, improvement of interaction;
- Maintain corporate culture;
- Participation in recruiting projects.
