Your key tasks:

• Search for candidates on various standard and non-standard resources in accordance with changes in the labor market;
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Control of compliance with corporate standards, regulations for finding employees;
• Conducting telephone interviews, personal and group interviews, selecting the most relevant candidates for open positions, managing the personnel reserve;
• Providing detailed feedback to candidates and customers;
• Registration of candidates in a modern automated system;
• Controlling the registration process of new employees;
• Labor market monitoring and analysis;
• Development of recruiting: optimization of processes, introduction of new tools, improvement of interaction;
• Maintain corporate culture;
• Participation in recruiting projects.
