We are looking for a Support Monitoring Manager
Evoplay is one of the leading product IT companies of Ukraine that operates on the international market and creates complex B2B solutions for the online gaming industry.
The project is abilling platform for electronic payments that provides transaction processing through various payment methods and providers.
Responsibilities:
Control of online payments and quick response to failures;
Analysis of the reason for failure of payment methods and prompt elimination problems;
Interaction with internal teams and external payment providers;
Ensuring efficient and uninterrupted functioning of the payment system.
Requirements:
Must have:
Experience working with large volumes of data in a high-volume environment;
Quick analytical thinking and the ability to make informed decisions in a nutshell deadlines;
Practical skills of working with Excel (analysis, filtering, data processing);
Nice to have:
Adaptability and stress resistance in a dynamic environment.
